Prakash met us at the airport each time we came into the airport in Kathmandu- always greeted us with a smile and was quick to help with luggage and confirm all was going well. He set up a WhatsApp chat so that we were never without support. Upon initially arriving in the country he greeted us with a Nepali sash around our necks and wet wipes for the heat and to clean our hands- I LOVED this, wish I had them in India too!!!

Sulav was an amazing guide. He travelled with us to both Pokhara and Chitwan, even though we had a guide provided at Chitwan he made sure we never had a lost in translation moment and confirmed that we had the very best time possible. He worked in little extras like getting extra spicy food for my husband with the hotel staff at dinners. He has a masters (2 actually I think) one in Nepali cultural history and one in English I believe. It shows!!! His vast experience trekking and interest in people, culture, animals, birds, politics, and history made for the most interesting tour with the right balance of elements so we never felt bored or overwhelmed. The diversity of experiences we had that were catered within the trip were amazing. I love birds and he helped me make sure my life list was constantly growing. He also knew of my interest in animals and told us lots about animal experiences he has had that were so fascinating and then showed us an enormous collection of fruit bats right in Kathmandu.

Amer was a safe, very courteous driver with an immaculate vehicle. He was prompt, and after traveling in many cars through our long trip I began to look forward to the peace I felt in the vehicle. He’s unflappable despite crazy road conditions and drivers. He remains calm and steady on the road and still makes good time.

I am leaving with a huge appreciation for this amazing country, its people, the peace that exists among the many cultures and religions here- that serves as an example to the world of the peace they wish for all the world, and we hope to return many times in the near future. We will definitely use and recommend this company.

A final note: our flights were cancelled leaving Kathmandu due to a tyre fire on our plane. I am so impressed that Prakash kept working to get things resolved and keep us informed so we arrived home safe and happy. These guys consistently show up in important ways that make having someone else do the planning actually allow you to relax and just enjoy. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent company! I was travelling solo and felt safe and looked after from the moment I landed to the minute I left. Suja was ready to answer any questions prior to my departure even on her day off and was very reassuring especially with my vegan dietary requirements. Asim met me at the airport and atc the hotel on departure from Kathmandu, and our driver Tulsi, our guide Channu at Machan Villa Chitwan were all so kind and helpful! Sulav our tour guide provided excellent service and really took care of me and the rest of our group, going the extra mile to ensure our trip was a memorable one for all the right reasons! Thank you so much everyone- especially Sulav – you are a credit to Yeti Travels! (…and thanks Tulsi for getting us everywhere safely and as comfortably as possible!)

The Yeti coordinated Himalayan hiking tour was the best hiking tour I have ever taken. Our guide was one of the best I have ever had. He set a comfortable pace for all of us; loved to share his extensive knowledge of the trail and local culture; was concerned about our safety; and handled all of our issues very satisfactorily. The hotels and lodges we stayed at on the hike were the best in the area with wonderful food, drinks, and service. The transportation and other support were excellent. We were whisked through the Kathmandu airport without waiting in any lines and got a direct flight back from Lukla to Kathmandu for example.

we were in Nepal for 8 days on a bus tour organized by yeti Travels. I cannot speak highly enough about Sulav the first main contact or Rajkumar our driver. these 2 guys were the absolute most accommodating fellows I have met in the travel business. Nothing was to big of a problem for them and they went out of their way to make every arrangement for us.

Thanks to Yeti Travel in particular Prakash, our guide Siris and driver Sumarya (Sunny) our trip was very memorable. Everything was done to make our trip outstanding, from picking us up at the Airport (on time) to our very knowledgeable guide and sightseeing to recommendations where to eat, our best was Opium Restaurant and the dishes Mo Mo and chicken Thali.
