Tailored Itinerary for you
Day 2Pokhara to Dhampus Village back to Pokhara
Your guide will transport you to Hemja Village after picking you up from our office or Hallanchowk, Lakeside. Along the route, you will come upon the stunning Seti Gandaki River. Trekking uphill for four to five hours from Hemja to Dhampus hamlet, with a lunch break in between. You will have the opportunity to interact with and observe the local Nepali population as well as their way of life in the Himalayan foothills. Spend the night in Dhampus Village.
Day 2Pokhara to Dhampus Village back to Pokhara
Your guide will transport you to Hemja Village after picking you up from our office or Hallanchowk, Lakeside. Along the route, you will come upon the stunning Seti Gandaki River. Trekking uphill for four to five hours from Hemja to Dhampus hamlet, with a lunch break in between. You will have the opportunity to interact with and observe the local Nepali population as well as their way of life in the Himalayan foothills. Spend the night in Dhampus Village.

Other things to be included are
Medical Kit
A simple but adequate medical kit can be very useful while traveling. The following items are recommended:
- Aspirin or Panadol – for pain or fever
- Antihistamine – as a decongestant for colds, allergies and to help prevent motion sickness
- Antibiotics – useful if traveling off beaten track but they must be prescribed
- Kaolin preparation (Pepto-Bismol), Imodium or Lomotil – for stomach upsets
- Rehydration mixture – for treatment of severe diarrhea
- Antiseptic, mercurochrome and antibiotic powder or similar ‘dry’ spray for cuts and grazes.
